Position: Activation Marketing Manager － Medical Solutions Job Description: This role involves conducting thorough market analysis to inform planning based on market size, trends, and dynamics. It includes developing product strategies and action plans to meet target goals and formulating both short－term and mid－to－long－term business and marketing plans. The plans are aligned with the directions of global and regional areas, such as America and Asia. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators （KPIs） and performance metrics, revising plans as necessary, and managing the product portfolio from positioning and profit perspectives. Additionally, it requires actively planning and executing promotions using digital tools and handling special assignments that impact overall marketing. Key Roles/Responsibilities ● Conduct planning based on market analysis （market size, trends, dynamics）. ● Develop product strategies and action plans to achieve target amounts. ● Formulate short－term and mid－to－long－term business plans and marketing plans. ● Create plans aligned with the directions of Global/Area （America, Asia, etc.）. ● Monitor KPI and performance, revising plans as necessary. ● Manage the product portfolio comprehensively from a positioning and profit perspective. ● Actively plan and execute promotions utilizing digital tools. ● Handle special assignments that impact overall marketing. |

【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications ＆ Experience:● Experience in medical device marketing; sales experience is also preferred. ● Business－level English skills: opportunities to communicate and present in English with other countries. ● Experience in multicultural communication. ● Degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field. |
