仕事内容 ＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞
Responsible of following tasks as a staff of Global C&B planning and management:

- Coordination of salary policy data
- Support to region with process and trouble shooting　
- Lead salary surveys purchase and negotiations
- Support for grading and calibration of executive positions

- Point of contact for Region escalations　
- Coordination of renewals with regional C&B
- Support Region Compensation & Benefit on projects
- Manage global relationship with global broker

- 給与ポリシーデータのコーディネーション
- 報酬管理プロセスや問題解決に関するRegion Support
- 給与サーベイに関するベンダーとの契約交渉リード
- Executive層のグレーディング/評価調整のサポート
<福利厚生>
- リージョンの福利厚生担当者のコンタクト窓口およびアドバイス
- リージョンでの福利厚生制度改訂時のコーディネーション
- 情報やツール面でのリージョンCompensation & Benefit サポート
- グローバルブローカーのマネジメント

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

- English and Japanese language - Business level or native
　
- Have worked in HR 4-5 year or more, including Compensation & Benefit and/or Global HR, Global Mobility C&B.
(Only Talanet Management , Only Japan Compensation & Benefit --> Considerable based on HR experiences)
- Critical thinking
- Wiliness to challenge the status quo and challenging conversations　
- logical and later thinking
- Microsoft package (Power Point and Excel)

- 英語と日本語　いずれもビジネスレベル以上 ※応募時に日本語と英語の両方のレジュメをご提出ください。両言語で面接を行います。
- Compensation & Benefitを含む人事業務経験４～５年以上。Global HRや海外給与の経験も可。
　（C&Bの経験がなく、Global Talent Managementや日本のC&Bのみの場合は、ご経験内容により検討）
- クリティカルシンキング
- 現状打破思考および交渉/調整力
- ロジカルシンキング・水平思考
- パソコンスキル　（パワーポイント、エクセル）
