As an Account Manager you will take ownership for overall account management and activities to HHC customers and distributors in Japan. We're looking for an energetic individual who is ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

【In this role you’ll make an impact by】
• Drive overall strategic direction of responsible accounts by creating solid plan for large accounts and for key distributor(s).
• Orchestrate the relationship between your responsible accounts/distributors and NZ with energy, passion and perseverance.
• Lead and develop the Account team.
• Meet account sales targets and set mid & long-term targets.
• Develop multi-layer sales relationships within the account/distributor and organize/execute
executive engagement if/when necessary.
• Turn business and industry development into sales opportunities.
• Identify competitive threats at accounts and inform by registering relevant information in CRM
and follow-up on planned measures.
• Ensure that price negotiations with customers are made in accordance with defined and agreed price strategies.
• Responsible for implementation of the new product launch with account team
• Boost Customer Centricity and be the voice of account/distributor inside Novozymes

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

To succeed you must hold
• M.Sc. Or B.Sc. Degree (Sales/Marketing and/or Technical)
• 3 – 5 years from commercial and/or technical roles preferred, where you have proven your strong business acumen
and business development skills.


【歓迎(WANT)】

•Strong interpersonal skills and good customer-centric influencing capabilities since you will need to sell the case to
various internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Japanese
• Experience of account management and/or the management/drive of complicated project is welcomed.
