・Play as section head to lead the Organization Planning & Development team. ・Initiate and facilitate appropriate OD and talent management interventions to address and respond to organization or talent challenges. ・Develop and implement high-impact training programs for all levels of employees that address business needs. ・Manage and utilize external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Education requirement – BCH degree+ in Business or HR related field.10 years above of OD or T&D related experience as Centre of Excellence discipline and/or business pa/ rtnering role. ・Fluent communication in English and Japanese is required. ・Proficient in Microsoft Office application ・Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. ・Proficiency in using software and tools for project management, data analysis, and reporting. ・Able to interpret / brief leading talent assessment tools and translate into practical development focus and actions. |
