＜チームメンバー＞ HRビジネスパートナー2名 ＜仕事内容＞ Given fast growth of Eurofins’ group in Japan, we have an opening for a newly created Position as Manager, HR Business Partner with following duties and assignments: ユーロフィン日本での急速な組織の成長を踏まえ、下記職務を遂行するマネージャー, HRビジネスパートナーの職務を新たに募集します ・Oversea ＆ direct HR functions at Eurofins Japan グループ全体の人事機能に関する管理、監督 ・Develop HR strategies, policies, and practice 人事戦略、規定等の策定と実行 ・Coaching ＆ consulting leadership 事業部門の管理職への各種コーチング、コンサルティング ・Support building competitive organization 競争力のある組織を構築するための各種人事的支援 |

| 応募資格 |
【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from a four-year college or university, is desirable but not required人事、労務関連の学士尚可 ・Certified social insurance labore is desirable but not required、労士資格保有者大歓迎 ＜経験＞ ・10 – 15 years of working as HR Business Partner at global companies with multiple group entities 10～1５年程度、HRビジネスパートナーとして、グローバル企業（日本国内で複数社グループ企業を抱える）での勤務経験者 ・3-5 year experience in managing teams, 3年～5年程度チームの管理、監督経験 ・Experience in leading HR integrations projects in M&A situations 事業買収案件にまつわるHR関連業務をリードした経験 ・Experience in high level HRBP communicating with corporate executive level in fast paced industry動きの速い業界にて、事業会社の役員レベルを対象としたHRビジネスパートナーとしての経験 ＜ソフトスキル＞ ・Strong leadership and people management skills 強いリーダーシップ、部下への指導、監督能力 ・Talent Management skills 人材管理能力 ・Excellent organization and prioritization skills 課題管理や問題解決能力 ・Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing); 優れた対人、及びコミュニケーションのスキル（文書、口頭のどちらも） ・Business level of English communication ビジネスレベルの英語 ＜技術＞ ・Knowledge of Japanese labour laws, and regulations 労働法規に関する知識 |
