Job Profile Summary Exemplary individual contributor, adept at operating autonomously with minimal oversight. Demonstrates unwavering commitment to upholding compliance across all facets of Human Resources in strict accordance with the equitable policies and procedures mandated by local, state, and federal laws. Serves as a trusted advisor to management, offering expert guidance on a spectrum of Human Resources issues. Collaborates seamlessly with the management team to address multifaceted functions within the Human Resources domain. At this advanced level, the role entails heightened responsibilities, encompassing expanded skill sets, oversight of multiple lines, and leadership of diverse teams. Job Description Prepares and facilitates the communication of human resource information to the staff. Ensures the awareness of critical human resource deadlines among managers and employees. Provides assistance to employees and supervisors in resolving employee relations issues. Contributes to process enhancements across human resource operations. Identifies and implements opportunities for operational process improvements. Mentors junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Fosters strong employee relations by accurately interpreting and administering HR policies and programs. Assists in the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development, and change. Conducts ad hoc reporting on program effectiveness and other key measurements. Implements structures and strategies to enhance individual and organizational performance, facilitating the achievement of organizational goals. Utilizes analytics tools to derive insights for HR strategies in alignment with local, sector, regional, and/or enterprise business goals. |

【必須(MUST)】 CompetenciesAbility to bring new and creative ideas to communication campaigns and activities that drive clear action and influence opinion and a demonstrated Ability to craft compelling stories with superior written, oral and visual communication skills Demonstrated ability to develop a reputation as a trusted adviser and communications expert to senior business leaders within a highly matrixed, global organization Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner that ensures cut-through with a broad audience base Ability to stay aligned with overall strategic direction while applying diligence and attention to detail in execution and reliably meeting deadlines Comprehensive understanding of the local media landscape and ability to develop strategic relationships with key media outlets and KOLs - particularly with business/lay/national affairs media outlets and journalists. 3+ years of experience in communication or related fields. · Experience in leading and driving marketing PR campaigns is strongly preferred. · Demonstrated experience in the successful development and execution of integrated communications campaigns that cascade multiple channels, platforms and audiences. · Experience dealing with national and local lay, professional/trade and social media and a well-developed understanding of the Japanese media landscape. · Solid knowledge of communications environment and its impact on the Japan market · Demonstrated analytic ability, excellent judgement and an understanding of digital and social platforms. · Ability to stay aligned with overall strategic direction while applying diligence and attention to detail in execution and reliably meeting deadlines. Ability to maintain perspective and bring positive attitude and courage to partnership discussions. Professional maturity and ability to work effectively across levels, functions, regions and backgrounds 【歓迎(WANT)】 Extensive Professional Experience:Possess more than 5 years of distinguished experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Operations, and HR Specialist. Technological Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Effective Time Management: Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and efficiently multitask within deadlines while maintaining a commitment to accuracy, demonstrating a keen sense of urgency. Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments: Display the capability to interpret ambiguity in rapidly changing environments and independently resolve problems with a solid knowledge base.
