仕事内容 As a People Partner, you will strategically bridge human resources with business goals. You will be pivotal in developing performance management systems, leading organizational change, driving talent strategy, and aligning our workforce with operational needs. You will enhance our workplace culture, foster employee development, and ensure our team composition effectively supports our business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
• Design and manage a robust performance evaluation system, training managers in conducting effective performance reviews and addressing performance issues
• Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on leadership development and succession planning
• Drive talent strategy and retention efforts, developing plans for attracting top talent, overseeing career development programs, and implementing employee retention strategies
• Perform workforce analysis to identify current and future staffing needs, making plans that align Talent Acquisition with organizational growth and operational needs
• Advise senior management and staff on complex HR issues, promoting a positive work environment and high employee engagement
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs
• Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and manage benefits to ensure competitive compensation packages
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate HR strategies into overall business plans
• Lead HR projects and initiatives for technology, policy development, and process optimization
• Mentor junior HR team members, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth
労働条件 契約期間:期間の定めなし
試用期間:あり(6カ月)
フレックスタイム制(コアタイム有:10時~15時) 就業時間:8:45~17:45(休憩1時間) 
休日  :土日、 その他、会社カレンダーに準ずる休日
休暇  :年次有給休暇(入社半年経過後10日付与)、年末年始/慶弔
残業  :あり(月45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給)
給与  :年俸制 想定年収 700万円~1000万円(評価による賞与は別途支給する)
給与改定:年2回
通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給
社会保険:健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic HR role
• Proven track record in HR strategy, performance management, and organizational development
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
