仕事内容 The Senior People Experience Specialist role is vital in enhancing employee experience and streamlining HR operations. You will lead key initiatives in employee services, manage onboarding and offboarding, and oversee employee benefits and HR compliance. Your role extends to developing safety policies, optimizing HR processes, and mentoring team members. This position will allow you to fully exercise your HR expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to driving operational excellence in a uniquely exciting and diverse environment.

Responsibilities
• Lead the enhancement of employee experience, focusing on employee service improvements and effectively managing complex employee inquiries
• Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for employees
• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and provide advanced training and awareness programs
• Manage complex employee benefits handle negotiations with external benefits providers, and support the Accounting Department to process payroll with a high degree of accuracy
• Ensure compliance with international and local labor laws, staying ahead of regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments in HR practices
• Oversee and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organization
• Lead HR process optimization for greater efficiency, utilizing HRIS and payroll software for sophisticated data management and reporting
• Manage employee transfers and global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, relocation, and immigration compliance
• Administer stock option plans, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements
• Provide strategic HR administrative support to other group companies, ensuring consistency in HR practices and policies across the group
• Mentor junior HR staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the HR team
労働条件 契約期間:期間の定めなし
試用期間:あり(6カ月)
フレックスタイム制(コアタイム有:10時~15時) 就業時間:8:45~17:45(休憩1時間) 
休日  :土日、 その他、会社カレンダーに準ずる休日
休暇  :年次有給休暇(入社半年経過後10日付与)、年末年始/慶弔
残業  :あり(月45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給)
給与  :年俸制 想定年収 800万円~1000万円(評価による賞与は別途支給する)
給与改定:年2回
通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給
社会保険:健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR operations, with 2+ years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and operational best practices
• Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate with highly diverse stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office
• Native or near-native level Japanese ability, conversational or better English
