| 仕事内容 |
1. In addition to operation of the MO reactor experiences, Experiences of training of junior engineers/operators for all operation of epi related equipment. 2. Making new epi recipes to improve crystal quality/device quality. 3. Ability to use outside epi vendors for back-up, discussing about epi structures for the devices. 4. Recovering from any abnormal operation conditions with and/or without outsourcing supports 5. Planning evacuation training/emergency situations 6. Analyzing the evaluation results from all evaluation methods not only XRD/PL/CV, also SIMS/TEM/SEM/FIB/AES etc. for feedback and for improving the epi crystal quality. 7. Having enough knowledge about epitaxial growth and front end-process to improve "device (InP related opto-devices) performances" 8. Developing new epi processes to improve device performances 9. Planning epi development schedule for "new devices", including new materials. 10. Leading/managing epi team (multiple reactors, > 2 engineers, > 2 operators in the near future) |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1) 10 years+ experience in laser chip product2) Expert in epitaxial process, used Aixtron MOCVD equipment 3) Expert in materials of InGaAsP and InGaAsAl 4) Analyzing evaluation results results by XRD, ECV, PL 5) Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills among Mandarin, English, and Japanese. We are available for language: Chinese+English, Chinese+Japanese, English +Japanese |
