■Introduction HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with the manager and supervisors of responsible sectors/departments who are based in Japan and overseas. As a HR leader, he/she supports the population of approximately 100 employees (out of 400 in total) across the country plus their reporting line managers overseas, connects and provides them with solid advice and feedback on HR strategic topics. The position is also expected to demonstrate leadership for the entire Japan organization beyond sectors. ■Job Mission 1)To drive HR strategic agenda, lead and manage their implementation for responsible sectors in Japan 2)To lead and facilitate HR processes (ex. performance management, potential identification, succession planning, etc.) 3)To proactively support responsible sectors’ initiatives as enabling partner 4)To enable people leadership and competence development in responsible sectors 5)To provide advice and consultancy to managers and supervisors on talent acquisition 6)To co-work with managers and supervisors on people related issues and challenges 7)To implement and embed global/regional initiatives, on both sector specific and HR related topics 8)To function as change agents, participating in company-wide programs and initiatives (ex. Organizational Development, culture) 9)To work with the country HR team to define HR strategies and priorities and act accordingly 10)To lead country HR projects and drive continuous improvement on HR operations ■Key Areas of Responsibility (KAR’s) The position holds 5 key areas of responsibilities: Strategic Partner • Strategic people plans & development • Assisting line managers in solving organization, people & change related issues HR leader • Support Country HR Manager to implement country HR priorities • Engage managers and employees to reach their full potential • Collaborate across business units and geographies to grow people Employee Champion – HR contents • Coaching & mentoring • Promotion nominations • Development plans • Managing risks, ethics and safety • Employee relations Operational Expert – HR processes, data & analytics • Advisor/executor HR cycle • Compensation & Benefits related topics • Recruitment incl. flex conversion • HR data & dashboards Change Agent • Assisting in change initiatives • Enhancing management/team development • Facilitating off-site workshops & trainings |
労働条件 |
・就業場所 東京 業務上の必要により以下に入社後就業場所の変更を行う可能性があります。 三重、広島、熊本、岩手、長崎、大分、北海道 ・勤務時間 所定労働時間は7時間30分(休憩1時間)とし、区分に応じて以下の3通りが選択可能です。 8:30〜17:00、9:00〜17:30、9:30〜18:00 ・所定時間外労働:有 ・社会保険 健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 ・受動喫煙防止措置の状況:屋内禁煙 |

【必須(MUST)】 Education• Bachelor’s Degree or higher Experience • 7 years’ experience in the field of HR business partnering within multi-national companies and ideally technical business environment • Experiences in multiple HR functional areas are plus (eg. recruitment, compensation & benefit, organization/leadership development, talent management, etc.) • Change management and organizational development experiences are advantage • Experience in a global and matrix organization are preferred • Well-rounded experiences in strategic and operational roles Functional Skills • Language: Japanese at native level, high proficiency in English (both verbal and written) • Excellent communicator and collaborator (both interpersonal and group) • Leadership and people engagement capability • Stakeholder management - Relationship and trust building • Coaching and facilitation • Data analytics and process improvement Behavioral Skills • Adaptable, flexible and solution-oriented mentality • Strategic and critical thinking with positive attitudes • Learning agility – deal effectively with complexity and apply learnings to new contexts • Ability to collaborate in virtual and matrix organization • Collaboration and continuous alignment between Global, Sector and country Expertise • Self-starter and change promoter with appetite for continuous improvement • Takes ownership and empower others Other Remarks • Domestic/International travels are required to fulfill the responsibilities • Possibility to combine HRBP role with learning and development role depending on capability of candidate as well as business demands and resource optimization |
