Responsibilities: －Develop and improve scientific relationships with thought leaders, the medical community, and patient organizations. －Oversee and implement country scientific communication and publications plans. －Review scientific journals and attend technical events. －Support the planning and development of medical congresses and conferences. －Share clinical evidence and value－based discoveries. －Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance. －Build and Develop a successful Medical Affairs team for market entry. Great to Have: －Autonomy in developing strategic planning and in－field operations. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －Minimum of 7 years of experience in a global pharmaceutical company; specifically in rare diseases or orphan drugs.－Minimum 3 years of experience in either medical affairs, marketing strategy, or clinical functions. －Ability to travel for business trips and visiting treatment centers. －Hands on and self starter. －Motivated by helping patients. －Japanese: Native Level. －Business fluency in English; frequently required to attend global stakeholder meetings. － New Product Launch experience would be greatly beneficial. |
