〈仕事内容詳細〉
This role will be focused on succession planning, recruitment, organizational development, and HR Business Partnering.

－ HR business partnering: work closely with leaders to provide consulting and support as an HR business partner
－ Organizational development: analyzing current organization and coming up with plans and execution to improve
－ Succession planning
－ Recruitment for younger and new talent
－ Talent management and development to help level up exisiting employees
－ Culture change projects
－ Employer branding
－ Position will be expected to take on wider responsibilities in the future
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－ Bachelor's degree or higher
－ Business level English
－ 5＋ years relevant HR experience including experience in succession planning, recruitment, and organizational development
－ Strong communication skills
－ Experience using HR systems
－ Good PC skills
－ Understanding of Japan labor law and regulations

【歓迎（WANT）】

－ HR BP experience preferred！
－ Experience in manufacturing companies a plus！
－ Strong experience in organizational development and talent acquisition a plus！
