仕事内容 This role is accountable for some HR (Human Resources) Generalist duties within the organization and providing assistance to other senior HRBPs. You will be dedicated to a business area where you will identify and deliver on the HR agenda which supports the required strategic and operational business deliverables. Your key responsibilities will be to advice, support and collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the area on varying HR related matters.

Your primary tasks will include:
Partnering with assigned business leaders to drive the people and organization agendas in align with your work, initiatives, programs and projects to business drivers and strategy by using systems models, diagnostics, and data to evaluate organizational problems and provide solutions for your assigned client group(s).
Influencing cultural evolution through partnership with the COE (Centre of Excellence), providing context to rewards systems, direct employee engagement, leadership development, talent management and working to create an inclusive environment, leading projects cutting across multiple P&O sub-functions and business units.
Applying an array of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition and onboarding, retention, talent assessment, performance management, development, and career/professional growth.
Aggregate training needs identified within the assigned client group(s), develop implementation plans to address the needs identified in coordination with COE, and may partner with other P&O (People & Organization) functions in developing and implementing respective trainings.
Building capability in people managers in the client groups to facilitate an open, inclusive, Way values-based environment that enables effective employee experience and ensuring HRBP role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path. Instilling trust and confidence by maintaining objectivity and clearly communicating rational behind recommendations.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

・You hold a bachelor’s degree or above with more than 3 years of HR experience is required. Having Generalist/HRBP experience is considered as an advantage.
・Fluent in Japanese and business-level English is required. With TOEIC above 730 or have learning agility to English.
・Proficiency in excel and Office suite with excellent data analysis required.
・Experience working with employees and managers on employee relations matters.
・You have good communication and presentation skills and structured in your problem-solving and critical thinking approach.
