About the role Principal Layout Engineer is leading and responsible to proactively look for continuous improvement opportunities in the complete layout flow methodologies (flow, layout, and design) as well to develop accurate mask layout design schedules and resource estimates. What you will do Plan and execute whole IC level layout for power application ICs Responsible for the die size estimation based on designers inputs Create layout floor plan for top level and block level layout Lead the layout engineers to complete block level layout Incharge of verifications on whole IC level layout and extract post-layout netlist from whole IC level layout As the key person accountable for the layout data to manufacturing factories |

【必須（MUST）】 Bachelor’s degree/Master/PHD major in Physics or Semiconductor related with at least 10 years’ experience with layout design experience.Whole IC level layout knowledge and experience must be needed 【歓迎（WANT）】 Make planning of own tasks and demonstrate commitment to meet the plan.Creative thinker with top view, capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems. Team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team environment. Communication skills in Japanese. English communication skill is an advantage. |
