仕事内容 1. Act as stewards of the employee experience culture.
2. Act as Point of Contact and Program Manager for people tools, processes, programs or projects.
3. Design and deliver Manager Education initiatives to further drive collective education and manager effectiveness.
4. Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate.
5. Manage employees’ programs and support managers to drive improvements in employees’ engagement.
6. Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on change initiatives. Performance management.
7. Work with people managers end to end on performance management cases.
8. Analyze data and trends on any cases including performance management, in order to provide input to the business
strategy to HRBP, preventing the recurrence of similar issues.
9. Coach, train and guide managers during the Talent Management and Annual Compensation Planning processes.
10. Consult Managers on Compensation matters.
11. Develop toolkit and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient with Talent Reviews.
12. Consult managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation, across multiple locations.
13. Conduct investigations and manage ER cases, in coordination with the Employee Relations and with the Legal departments.

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

1. Candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in at least 2+ HR roles (e.g. HR Generalist, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, Talent Management etc.) with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
2. Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication, coaching, strategic thinking abilities, planning/project management skills and presentation skills.
4. University graduate
5. Fluent in both Japanese and English (both writing and speaking).
