1.Report to senior manager of HRBP, leadership team effectiveness, various strategic business matters, talent topics, general HR issues coaching and advice to senior manager. 2.Responsible for partnering with heads of departments to develop key strategies and objectives for their teams, ensuring that HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities. 3.Annual HR processes (e.g., performance and reward cycles, talent reviews, promotions, etc.) 4.Involve or lead HR projects and initiatives related to PMI 5.This is a newly created role. |
