We are seeking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to enhance Shopping Experience in Japan org for Automotive products. The role’s primary responsibilities are to design mechanism that will inspire customers, develop product requirements and provide direction to technical teams, create business plan and increase adoption to improve Customer shopping experience.
Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for executing various CX projects, such as launching new features and making improvements to existing features for better customer experience, so to increase traffic, revenue and profit for Automotive product family.
This position will be mainly working with diverse and fast growing business teams, such as Retail Automotive team in JP/US/EU, technical teams in US/EU/India and other Product Line PM teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and drive new feature adoption to improve shopping experience thorough customer research and analysis
Define the feature set, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for automotive customer experience.
Find solutions to automate process that are inefficient, by collaborating with various technical team
Manage prioritization and trade－offs for speed to market, business performance and features
Design a methodology to visualize and track the impact, to ensure the solution is providing the expected result with highest standard
Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by developing business cases and writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
This role requires deep technical understanding as well as strong business acumen. The environment is very fast－paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail－oriented, passionate about the customer, and is comfortable in working with numerous stakeholders across the organization and worldwide.
【必須（MUST）】Deep understanding of product management with 5yrs＋ experience in a fast growing high tech companies.
Software development experience or equivalent tech background.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and thrive in cross－functional teams.
Experience relying on qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change.
Able to provide architectural guidance and direction, strong judgment especially relevant in balancing long term strategic investments with near term business goals.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
Self－motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow－through.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Japanese and English are a must.
Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
【歓迎（WANT）】MBA is considered plus.
Experience working within Automotive or/and consulting industry is considered plus.
Strong data analytics capability and/or experience in developing experiments and predictive models
Advanced Knowledge of SQL, VBA or willingness to learn.
