■Talent Acquisition Team
We have started a new Talent Acquisition team from October 2018. We will be responsible for all recruitment in our group including relative companies and aim at leading a proactive team. We are seeking a hands－on Talent Acquisition Specialist, but you will take responsibility for leadership about the recruiting strategy and hiring plan as well as talent sourcing. In addition, you will have an opportunity to lead campus hiring not only mid career. We promise that this role will greatly enhance your experience through various responsibility in Talent Acquisition.

As a key member of the JP Talent Acquisition team in Japan, you will drive the multiple businesses as a hands on recruiter working closely with each division leaders across our business to hire for a variety of functions. This is a very hands on role that comes with great responsibility. You are responsible for some specific division's full－cycle recruiting. You will play the role of a talent scout, resources to find the best talent and then matching candidates with the roles to which they are best aligned.
【必須（MUST）】－ 5＋ years experiences full－cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate
－ Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers
－ Business level Japanese and English languages required
－ Experience of direct sourcing
－ Strong Communication Skills

－ Bachelor's degree preferred
