■Partner with internal business teams to draft, review and negotiate contracts, including leases, license agreements, and documents of any kind that create legal obligations, rights, or responsibilities for us.
■Working with our global brand protection team based in the U.S., coordinate and manage our intellectual property enforcement in Japan and throughout Asia Pacific including anti－counterfeiting efforts, online marketplace take－down procedures, and working with local customs.
■Review of marketing materials, labeling, advertising, social media, athlete sponsorships, etc. for compliance with local law.
■Work closely with our human resources team and U.S. human resources and legal teams on employment issues, including supporting the advancement of our family support and flexible work policies.
■With the support of internal and external legal subject matter experts, provide legal advice and analysis in all areas of our Japan’s operations, including corporate transactions, trademark/intellectual property law, employment/labor law, contracts, real estate, customs, trade and antitrust, international law, product liability, privacy, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and consumer issues, etc.
■Act as a business partner to support the achievement of our financial and operational goals and strategies.
■Oversee product regulatory and safety compliance for us and the Company’s Asia Pacific operations.
■Provide timely advice to the General Counsel and our management team on significant issues, changes in the law, potential litigation, claims, and incidents related to us.
【必須（MUST）】■Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with experience in the US and Japan,
ideally with a background in employment law and experience working in－house for a global company.
■Fluent in written and spoken English.
■Both Japanese and US bar membership preferred.
■Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all parts of the business to achieve results that are in line with our unique and dynamic culture.
■Ability to work both independently and as a team and build relationships with key clients, co－workers and business partners.
■Can manage multiple projects and conflicting demands.
