The Field Marketing Manager is a market segment expert for the Healthcare Digital portfolio, including Imaging IT, Cloud Collaboration, Analytics and AW solutions for the Japan region.
This role is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that either will generate new opportunities for a specific geography or accelerate existing ones. Always working in partnership with sales, channels and product marketing teams, this role is also responsible to bring customer insights through all deployed programs.
•Developing and executing demand creation ＆ funnel acceleration programs supporting product and solution launch plans
•Utilizing digital marketing automation tools to multiply the impact of field marketing activities across the region and create integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels
•Working hand－in－hand with local sales teams to develop campaigns that resonate with customers and help achieve measurable, strategic results
•Contributing to and/or leading （in partnership with Product and Sales） the Annual Region/Country Integrated Marketing Plan, ensuring execution of coherent and impactful campaigns
•Using market research to identify market and adjacent opportunities, unmet customer needs, and understanding competitive intelligence positioning and using this research to develop segment value propositions and as a key input into the marketing planning.
•Implementing regional segmentation strategy. Develop and drive execution of regional segment value propositions and positioning. Manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent
•Proactively communicate with global colleagues to obtain relevant solution information, learn marketing best practices and adopt them for the regional marketing plan execution, and provide feedback from local customer voices
•Interfacing with the regional sales force on training materials, brochures and other tools required for execution of growth objectives adapting these to local market needs as necessary
•Measuring and monitoring metrics and leading operating mechanisms to ensure achievement of business objectives （e.g., lead generation programs, trade show management, etc）
•Manage regional field marketing budget, identifying and allocating budget to demand generation or funnel acceleration activities. Measure ROI and make pro－active decisions on the marketing mix to maximize resources.
•3＋ years’ experience in marketing, sales, product marketing or related field
•Experience working with Sales teams and supporting programs to drive demand generation, awareness and sales.
•Digital Marketing expertise with proven ability to utilise multiple channels to create integrated demand gen campaigns
• Ability to influence all related parties including within and outside of the company for effective and collaborative planning and execution of relevant plans.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in both Japanese and English
• Planning and project management skills
