Kinaxis is seeking a Regional HR Advisor – Japan to serve as a trusted, incountry people advisor for our Japan organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting managers and employees, navigating local employment practices, and ensuring global HR programs are delivered effectively and appropriately in Japan. ■勤務形態 Hybrid- 3 or 4 days work from Office ■所属する事業所 Tokyo, Japan Located in the upscale Akasaka area of Tokyo, our office is a short walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke, Akasaka, and Tameikesanno Stations. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong manager and employee advisory capability- Deep understanding of Japanese labour law, employment practices, and cultural norms - Proven ability to build trust and credibility with managers and employees - Experience translating global HR programs into effective local execution - Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort operating without formal decision authority - Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English |
