This position is for a Customer Support Engineer to engage in resolving advanced customer support issues related to CAE products. Support engineers liaise with teams worldwide to provide advanced technical solutions that help ensure end user issues are answered and fixed in a prompt manner and software products are used correctly, to their maximum potential. The Customer Support Engineer will be sent to Greece for Technical training with the R＆D team for their leading flagship engineering software. |
