■ 職務内容
SampleManager LIMSの導入プロジェクトにおいて、技術チームを牽引するテクニカルリードを募集しています。顧客のフロントに立って要件を定義し、設計、開発、テスト、実装、保守に至るまでのシステムライフサイクル全体に携わっていただきます。複数のチームやクライアントと連携しながら、高品質なソリューションを期限と予算内で提供する役割を担います。

■ Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead for SampleManager LIMS implementation projects. You will front-end customers to understand requirements and be involved in the full system life cycle—from design and development to testing, implementation, and maintenance. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions within time and budget constraints.

■主な業務内容
1. プロジェクトリードと要件定義
・SampleManager LIMS導入プロジェクトにおいて技術チームを主導する。
・顧客のフロントに立ち、機能強化の要件を理解し、ソリューションを提供する。
・要件定義ワークショップを開催し、要件仕様書を作成する。

2. 開発・設定・実装
・クライアントのニーズに合わせて機能強化や改修を開発・実装する。
・サンプルフロー、在庫モジュール、機器モジュール、Integration Managerを使用した機器インターフェース、Report Designer、Forms Designer、Label Designer、Sample Scheduler、バッチ管理、ロット管理とプレートハンドリング、安定性（stability）、SQC、SM-IDI、PIMS、およびダッシュボードの開発・設定を行う。

3. デリバリーと品質保証
・効果的な設計、コードのピアレビュー、単体テストを通じて、高品質なソフトウェアの提供に貢献する。
・合意されたスケジュールに従い、会社の基準およびSOP（標準作業手順書）に準拠したソリューションを納品する。

4. ライフサイクル管理とサポート
・システムのフルライフサイクルに関与し、アプリケーションソフトウェアの設計、コーディング、テスト、実装、保守、サポートに責任を持つ。
・プロジェクトの技術的側面について、同僚やクライアントに技術サポートを提供する。クライアントからの要件を評価し、ソリューションを提示する。
・複数のチームおよびクライアントと連携する。

▼Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical team in SampleManager LIMS implementation projects.
• Front end the customers to understand the enhancement requirement and provide solutions.
• Run requirement gathering workshops and prepare requirement specification documents.
• Develop and implement enhancements, revisions to meet the needs of the client.
• Develop/Configure Sample workflows, stock module, instrument module, Instrument Interfacing using Integration Manager, Report Designer, Forms Designer, Label Designer, Sample Scheduler, Batch Management, Lot management and Plate handling, stability, SQC, SM-IDI, PIMS and Dashboards.
• Participate in the delivery of quality software through effective design and peer reviewing of code, unit testing.
• Deliver solutions as required and requested, according to agreed timeline, ensuring solutions conform to company standards and SOPs.
• Involve in the full system life cycle and is responsible for design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software that is delivered within time and cost budget.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and clients on technical aspects of projects. Evaluate requirements from Clients and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and multiple clients.
労働条件 就業場所：東京
会社の所定労働時間は、月曜日から金曜日までの1日8時間とします。従業員の通常の勤務時間は午前9時00分から午後6時00分までとし、午後12時00分から午後1時00分までの1時間を昼食休憩時間とします。

▼Experience & Technical Skills
• Extensive experience developing solutions in Sample Manager LIMS.
• Has good experience in systems analysis, design and development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.

・Sample Manager LIMSにおけるソリューション開発の豊富な経験。
・システム分析、設計および開発、品質保証、インテグレーション手法に関する確かな経験。

▼Soft Skills & Work Style
• Individual must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have demonstrated good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and can work with limited or most of the times no supervision on projects.
• The candidate needs to have attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
• This person must be a flexible, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Open to learn and migrate to new technologies, ability to follow priorities and timelines.
• Is clear about one's own and the company’s goals and focuses on seeing the work through to completion.

• The candidate must possess strong communications skills. Japanese Language speaking.
