Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing. What you’ll achieve: As a Senior Director, you will define global field marketing strategy and governance that connect market insights to pipeline and revenue growth. You’ll steer segmentation, customer journeys, and budget allocation across regions, ensuring consistent brand and demand performance. You will champion data privacy, third‑party data quality, and experimentation frameworks that optimize media mix, content, and local execution. Responsibilities You will: ・Own global FM operating model, OKRs, and portfolio planning (brand, demand, partner). ・Run executive reviews on pipeline, CAC/LTV, and ROI; guide investments and trade‑offs. ・Establish playbooks for audience targeting, ABM, localization, and lifecycle nurture. ・Sponsor tooling modernization (MAP/CRM/CDP) and analytics for multi‑touch attribution. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・18+ years of related experience in a professional role with 10+ years in leadership・Expertise leading large field marketing organizations across multiple geographies. ・Advanced financial acumen; ability to translate strategy to measurable pipeline and revenue. ・Proven success driving change, embedding privacy/compliance standards (e.g., GDPR/CCPA). ・Executive communication and influence across Sales, Product, and Corporate Marketing. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.・Recognized leadership in demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations. |
