仕事内容 ■ MISSION STATEMENT
Work closely with management and employees ”on the front line,” providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, talent acquisition, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training. An HR Business Partner plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with a company's business objectives.

■ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
・60~70% : Focusing on acquiring talents who meet each position requirements in a timely manner

・30~40%: Work on other HRBP topics such as;
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
- Localize and deliver global training / learning programs
- Maintain global HR systems
- Manage monthly Head Count and Training budget
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

Education : - 4-year university degree
Languages : - Japanese: Native or business level
- English: Business level (e.g. TOEIC 800+)

Professional experience & technical skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (both Mid-career and New Grads recruitment through agencies and direct sourcing)
- Experience of talent development, talent management, HRBP will be a plus
- Good understanding of Japanese labor law and labor market trends
- Project manaement skill
- Strong presentaion skill
- Strong PC skills
- Open and Strong in business acumen
- Commercial and business acumen
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Team player
- Dealing witg ambiguity
