当社は日本発のグローバル製薬メーカーとして、日本を中心に米州・欧州・アジア・オセアニアに拠点を構え、先端・信頼の医薬で、「世界の人々の健康に貢献する」という経営理念の下、イノベーションを継続的に創出し、患者さんのニーズに応える革新的な医療ソリューションを届けていくという一貫した姿勢で歩んでおります。 変化する医療の最先端に立ち、科学の進歩を患者さんの価値に変えていくことで、ステークホルダーや社会からの期待に応え続けます。 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 合成、バイオ、およびハイブリッドプラットフォームを含むCMC関連のプロセス技術を特定・評価・優先順位付けし、他のCMCラボと連携して導入する。 ラボオートメーションおよびデジタル技術の導入・運用を通じて、CMCバイオ医薬品プロセス開発における「CMCラボオートメーションおよびDX」コンセプトの現場実装を推進する。 本ポジションでは、チームリーダーやマネージャーの適度なサポートを受けながら、これらの活動を主体的に実行することが求められる。 Identify, assess, and prioritize CMC related process technologies, including synthetic, bio-based, and hybrid platforms and implement them in collaboration with other CMC labs. Drive the on-site implementation of “CMC Lab Automation and DX” concepts within CMC biologics process development by introducing and operating lab automation and digital technologies. This position requires independent implementation of these activities with moderate support from team leaders and/or managers. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 （雇入れ直後） •CMCプロセス技術の進化に必要なプロセス技術、装置、およびデジタル技術を特定・評価し、導入する。 •バイオ医薬品CMCラボにおいて、ラボオートメーションシステムの導入・運用および継続的改善を行う。 •機器およびデータフローを統合し、研究ワークフローの自動化を実現する。 •デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）およびデジタル技術を、実用性と価値創出を重視してCMC研究に適用する。 •Identify, evaluate, and implement process technologies, equipment and digital technologies required for CMC process technology evolution. •Install, operate, and continuously improve lab automation systems within biologics CMC laboratories •Integrate instruments and data flows and realize automation of research workflows •Apply digital transformation (Dx) and digital technologies to CMC research in a practical and value‑driven manner （変更の範囲） 会社内での全ての業務 【就業環境に関する要件 / Specific Physical or Environmental Requirements】 •早朝または深夜の会議については、自宅からの参加が認められます。•本職種は出社勤務が必須となります。（週1回程度の在宅勤務も可） •This roll requires on-site working. •It will be permitted to join early morning/midnight meeting from home. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 •生物学、薬学、化学、工学、または関連分野における修士号、もしくは同等の実務経験•新しい技術の導入に対する強い意欲と柔軟な姿勢のある方 •バイオCMCプロセス研究について、直接的な経験の有無に関わらず、理解・習得する能力および意欲を有する方 •日本語および最低コミュニケーションレベルの英語力 •以下の少なくとも1つの分野について、基礎的な理解を有していること ①医薬品や再生・遺伝子治療に関する研究 ② ラボオートメーションおよびシステム統合 ③ AI・機械学習およびデータ管理 •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in biology, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, engineering, or a related field •Strong motivation and openness toward implementing new technologies •Demonstrates the capability and motivation to understand and learn bio CMC process development, irrespective of prior direct experience. •Japanese and basic English communication skills. •Demonstrated basic understanding of at least one of the following areas (i) Research related to pharmaceuticals and regenerative and gene therapies (ii) Lab automation and system integration (iii) AI, machine learning, and data management. 【歓迎（WANT）】 •チーム成果を取りまとめる科学的なプレゼンテーションやレポートにおいて、主担当としての役割を果たした経験があること•自身の専門分野にとどまらず、異分野のチームメンバーに対して技術的支援を行い貢献した経験があること •PoC（概念実証）やパイロット段階にとどまらず、施策を実組織に定着させ、標準的な業務として運用した経験があること •Demonstrated responsibility as a primary contributor for the scientific presentation or reports consolidating team performance •Demonstrated contribution by providing technical support to cross‑functional team members working in areas outside his/her own technical expertise •Demonstrated experience in implementing initiatives beyond proof‑of‑concept or pilot phases, and institutionalizing them as standard, routine operations within organization. |
