■ Ingredients: Key Responsibilities • Strategic HR Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and culture. • Talent & Succession Planning: Lead workforce planning and develop talent pipelines for key roles, including leadership development. • Performance Management: Oversee performance cycles and coach leaders to foster a culture of feedback and accountability. • Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion company values, design engagement initiatives, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. • HR Operations & Compliance: Manage HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, accurate reporting, and effective HRIS use. • Compensation & Recruitment: Oversee compensation frameworks and lead recruitment and onboarding for corporate and retail roles. • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and support leaders through transitions with coaching and clear communication. • Lead employee relations activities in Japan, including grievance handling, investigations, disciplinary actions, and guidance to managers. • Oversee working hours and overtime governance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and labor management agreements (e.g., Agreement 36) • Ensure effective harassment prevention, including policy implementation, employee guidance, and response management • Manage compliance with childcare and family care leave regulations, providing guidance to managers and employees • Oversee occupational health and employee wellbeing initiatives, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a HR Director or HR leadership role. • Demonstrated capability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders. • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive strategic HR initiatives. • Digital fluency, tech-savvy and Confident using data, dashboards, or digital platforms to support decision making. • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail. • Demonstrated computer literacy, and experience working with MS Office, and strong Excel skills. • Strong understanding of Japan labor law compliance and HR best practices. • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams in multi-site environments (retail, consumer goods, or luxury brands). • Familiarity with global or regional matrix organizations. • Expertise in organizational development, change management, and talent strategy. • Proven high command of English and Japanese. この会社の日本法人は、新たな代表を迎えられて、組織やビジネスを大きく変革させるタイミングとなります。 通常のHR業務を円滑にこなすことも重要ですが、変革期に起きる様々な課題をクリアできる力が必要です。 具体的な新たな店舗人材の採用を進めつつ、組織全体の新陳代謝を進めていくことが求められます。 |
