| 仕事内容 |
1.Be responsible for on－site maintenance and process problem－solving; 2.Technology platform construction （DFM baselines, technology roadmap, process specifications, etc.）, and take the lead in technical planning, industry gap analysis, technical guide; 3.Evaluate and introduction of new technologies, new materials, new equipments; 4.Be responsible for process and tool development and standerdized application, establish and improve the process technology and process quality management and control system; 5.Be responsible for the process design activities, including product requirement analysis, technical specification breakdown, process total solution, and DFX verification/summary, etc.）. Can effectively guide the development of process design, and take charge of difficult techniques' breakthrough. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1.Have been working in frontline process design, new product introduction and improvement, mastering related professional skills, tools, and technical standards and can flexibly apply them. Have an in－depth understanding of industry situation, products and technology development trends;2.Be familiar with components assembling process, and related manufacturying design code for process design, technical principle; 3.Be familiar with product development standards; 4.Have experiences in failure analysis, and be able to find out and solve process problems quickly; 5.Master the knowledge of quality management, such as lean management and 6Sigma. Be familiar with manufacturing toolings, jigs and ESD management in clean room 【歓迎（WANT）】 1.Can communicate in English or Chinese would be a plus. |
