We opened its first global retail store in Omotesando April 2015. Since its opening the store represents our brand and welcomes many our owners and future owners. It has been an experiential and interactive space with a number of various events to drive traffic and keep the store fresh and exciting. Our mission is to expand the retail business and strive to extend our reach in creating more future owners.
We are looking for an associate store manager candidate who has the drive to achieve and go beyond the sales target, excels in operations, with analytical mindset. A candidate who is interested in metrics and numbers － and has a proven track developing and running a strong team is a plus.
As an associate store manager, you will be responsible to inspire your team and the performance of the store. You are going to identify areas of opportunities and work cross functionally with different teams in order to implement change.
You will strive to drive amazing customer experience that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
You will also work closely with the managers from other functions to develop strategic plans to define and improve sales and process to align with the global vision of the our retail stores. A key factor will be forecasting sales in the year to come and planning the appropriate stock levels, campaign, and event ideas to achieve the KPI.
Your work schedule is flexible and Associate Manager level is expected to self－motivate and driven.
・At least four years of experience in a customer－facing sales setting.
・Must be a strong project manager, highly organized, excellent at multi－tasking, comfortable under pressure.
・Good at operations, managing inventory and work rotas and all day to day requirements of a store.
・Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively, work crossfunctionally, and articulate the vision of the company.
・Diplomacy, countenance and the ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm. Ability to consistently deliver great customer experiences – no matter what the situation
・Able to work effectively as a team member.
・Fluent in Japanese and business level English skills.
・Demonstrated experience in managing projects that have tight deadlines, limited resources, and cross－functional dependencies.
