OEM/OES向けプロジェクト（コンポーネント、既知の技術コンポーネントを含むシステムなど）をリードするプロジェクトマネージャーポジションです。プロジェクトの運営・進捗管理からチームマネジメント、予算・スコープ管理まで幅広く担当いただきます。 We are looking for a Project Manager to lead OEM/OES projects , including components and systems with existing technologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of project management, from operational and functional execution to team management, budget, and scope control. ・割り当てられたプロジェクトの計画・実行・進捗管理 ・プロジェクトKPI（品質・コスト・納期）の達成 ・リソース管理、チームメンバーの育成・評価 ・顧客対応（進捗報告、技術的議論、課題解決） ・予算・スコープ管理、変更管理 ・関連委員会や投資計画の準備・調整 【担当プロジェクト】 フロントカメラ・センサー・visionシステム・LiDARなど 既存プロジェクトを担当しつつ、新規プロジェクト獲得に向けた活動を行います。 【出張】 ・国内：OEMー多くて月3回、日帰りが多いです。 ・海外：ドイツ開発センター－1年に1回 ・Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects ・Achieve project KPIs （Quality, Cost, and Time） ・Manage resources and lead, evaluate, and develop team members ・Communicate with clients, including progress reporting, technical discussions, and issue resolution ・Manage project budgets, scope, and changes ・Prepare and coordinate with relevant committees and investment plans 【Products】 Front cameras, sensors, vision systems, LiDAR, etc. While being in charge of existing projects, we will also work to acquire new projects. 【Business trip】 ・Domestic：OEM－ 3 times a month at most, mostly day trips ・Overseas：Germany （development center）－ once a year |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ソフトウェアの知識・PM経験（技術のことが分かる営業出身の方でもOK）または SWエンジニアでPMにチャレンジしたい方 ・自動車業界経験 ・英語：ビジネスレベル ・日本語：ビジネスレベル（N2程度） ・Software knowledge ・PM experience （Sales background who understands technology is OK） or SW engineer who wants to challenge PM ・Automotive industry background ・English: Business level ・Japanese: Business level （N2） 【歓迎（WANT）】 【求める人物像】・コミュニケーション能力がある（うまく話しをまとめられる・わからないことをキャッチアップして、メンバーに展開できる） ・生産を海外で行っていることもあり、MTGが夜発生する場合があるので、それに対応できる方 ・インターナショナルな環境で仕事ができる人（チームに日本人が少ないです） ・プレッシャーに強く、自分の意見をはっきり主張できる人 [The person we are looking for] ・Has good communication skills （can organize a conversation well, catch up what is not understood and deploy it to the team members） ・Able to handle MTG that may occur at night since the production is done overseas ・Able to work in an international environment People （there are few Japanese in the team） ・People who are strong under pressure and can clearly assert their opinions |
