| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Experience－ Over 10 years of broad HR experience （talent, development, labor relations, organization design） － Strong record of leading HR strategy at a senior level － 5＋ years of people leadership experience － Background in international or matrix－style organizations Skills － Strategic, business－focused mindset － Strong leadership and influencing abilities － Able to make decisions using data － Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR operations － Professional－level English Personal Attributes － Practical and hands－on － Comfortable working through ambiguity and driving change － Clear, confident communicator with executive presence － Passionate about people, culture, and organizational growth |
