In this role, you will strengthen Chanel Japan’s culture by delivering strategic and impactful people communications that help every employee feel informed, connected, and proud to belong. Through clear messaging and thoughtful storytelling, you will contribute to fostering a workplace where people truly feel it is the Best Place to Work. 【Key Responsibilities】 - Develop and deploy the people communications strategy for Chanel Japan. - Curate and develop content that highlights and celebrates the best of what is happening across the company. - Work closely with both global and local teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of key corporate initiatives and messages, including Enlish to Japanese/Japanese to English translation and translation review. - Manage and maintain internal employee portal(s) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information. - Plan and deliver employee engagement and communications initiatives, including townhall meetings, to ensure leaders’ messages and company directions are effectively communicated to all employees. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Minimum 5 years of experience in communications- Outstanding content development skills, including the ability to adapt messages and writing styles/tones for different audiences, occasions and platforms. - Ability to incorporate storytelling elements into content and messaging. - Familiarity with a variety of communication platforms, including digital channel and printed internal magazines, and an understanding of their advantages. - Experience collaborating effectively with regional and global colleagues and partners - Excellent interpersonal skills, with positive, proactive, curious, adaptable, solution-minded, eager-to-learn and roll-up-your-sleeve attitude. - Excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese (Guideline: TOEIC 800 or above and/or strong English to Japanese/Japanese to English translation skills) |
