仕事内容 The HR Project Consultant role is accountable for leading and implementing projects and/or operational processes to achieve both long and short-term objectives of the Company Japan in partnership with business. This also includes working in the team of HR professionals across HR value chains to ensure that the right organizational capabilities, leadership, and talent are in place. The responsibilities also include ensuring that employees in the supporting functions are engaged, motivated, and appropriately rewarded. This role is expected to work across the organizations to drive business results and collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR value chain to ensure that the policies, programs, and plans best serve the needs of the business they support.


【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Although projects will vary based on the strategy and needs of the business, the consultant role is to lead/co-lead with others in the HR team to deliver the followings:
・Support organizational staffing goals through identification, development, and retention of high-performing employees
・Facilitate and provide advice for strong talent management processes for the respective functions to build the future generation of all-star leaders
・Execute the organization plan with leaders for creating practices and habits which embrace and lead with diversity and inclusion
・Support organizations to leverage maximize performance management and the Company’s total reward tools to reward and to recognize great performances and to elevate performance
・Partner with business leaders to lead projects across the Company Japan in support of the change agenda
・Partner with the business leaders to develop and progress a strategic workforce plan, including a retention plan, inclusive of training, development and mentoring of high-achieving employees

■Additional note
Work location will be Kobe HQ, with some potential business trips.

就業場所の変更の範囲:将来のキャリアの一環として、兵庫・東京・神戸市内の工場・海外オフィスでの勤務をする場合もありうる

※弊社では社員のウェルビーイングと生産性の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が90㎞以内かつ公共交通機関の所要時間*が90分以内の範囲を、通勤可能上限としています。それよりも遠方にお住まいの場合は、通勤可能な範囲に転居いただくことを原則としております(借上社宅の貸与あり)。車両通勤を認める場合においても、上記を適用します。


<処遇>
【給与】当社規定により優遇します。

【賞与】個人業績結果及び会社業績結果に基づく業績変動賞与を支給する。​
    支給時期は、営業職は9月および翌年3月に支給、非営業職は翌年3月に支給。​
【勤務時間】8:45~17:30
【時間外手当】”担当職”のみ支給​
【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム:5時~22時内で勤務。​
(ただし、一斉休憩を除く)1日の必要最低労働時間:4時間(半日休暇時は2時間)​
 一斉休憩:12時~13時​

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

■BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
・Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5+ years of HR experience.
・HR experience outside of recruiting required.  Line HR experience preferable.
・Strong written and oral communication in both Japanese and English


■REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, BEHAVIORS & EXPERIENCE
・Project management : demonstrated project management skills critical chain or six sigma experience
・Problem Solving : demonstrable ability to appropriately diagnose business problems and create and implement appropriate solutions
・Business integration knowledge : ability to recognize the interdependencies of business and to apply knowledge of integration to the HR solutions deployed
・Outcomes focus : demonstrated both a bias for action and focus on results
・Influence : ability to drive projects influence and steer people at all levels without authority
・Measurement orientation : proven ability and propensity to use analytics to diagnose problems and to evaluate the actual effect of changes implemented
・Experience in the application of a variety of organizational, team, and individual improvement interventions
・Courage : ability to provoke or motivate the business and colleagues to think and act beyond what is normally expected. Act with no fear of speaking up against the status quo. Can perceive areas of receptivity and resistance and effectively demonstrate those to lead change
・Ability to identify what is essential and unique to the performance of the organization/people and create/implement appropriate solutions
