Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner （HRBP） to join our HR department. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives and functions with the IT division’s business objectives and business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and understanding of HR practices and Life insurance industry trends. Responsibilities Partner with IT leadership to implement HR strategies that support the business objectives and drive a high－performance culture. Support IT managers and employees on HR－related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top IT talent. Support organizational change initiatives within the IT department. Work with global and region to implement HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the IT department. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP Analytical and problem－solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast－paced environment. Experience working in a global or multinational company. Self Starter Fluency in both Japanese and English. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR－related software. Experience in participating in projects to achieve strategic objectives as a Human Resources representative. Experience working in financial institutions, especially insurance companies, is the plus. |
