Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies to enhance employee understanding, alignment, and engagement. Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, promoting transparency and fostering a strong corporate culture. ●MAIN RESPONSIBILITY <Communication / Engagement Strategy Design> • Develop plans to effectively communicate corporate vision, strategy, and transformation initiatives to employees (for both Nakameguro Headquarters and Tatebayashi Plant). • Manage communications related to employee surveys, analyze results, and communicate improvement actions. • Plan and execute internal events such as the New Year Convention and Town Hall Meetings. <Content Creation & Distribution> • Create newsletters, intranet content, videos, and materials for town hall meetings. • Provide messaging support for leaders and handle Q&A. <Channel Management & Optimization> • Manage and optimize the intranet, internal social media, and corporate website. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Education background• Bachelor’s degree or higher Technical Skills and Experiences required • Practical experience in internal communications or public relations (3+ years preferred) • Strong writing and editing skills in both Japanese and English • Project management capability • Experience using digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, internal social media) • Ability to propose improvements based on data analysis (e.g., engagement metrics) Competencies to be successful on the job • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders • Flexibility to adapt to change and passion for embedding Danone culture |
