主な職務： 1.既存製品の機械部品設計を最適化し、製品性能（安定性、エネルギー効率、コスト）を向上させる。 2.本社研究開発部門と連携し、新製品の機械構造（ステーター、ローター）を設計する。熱変形、クリアランス管理、様々な負荷運転時の温度管理について理解を深める。 3.ドライポンプ構造の各部品の材料性能要件（強度、熱変形特性など）および熱処理工程の要件を理解する。 4.ドライポンプの省エネ設計を行う。 Core Responsibilities: 1.Optimize the mechanical part design of the company's existing products to improve product performance (stability, energy efficiency, cost); 2.Work with the headquarter R&D department to design the mechanical structure (stator, rotor) of new products with the understanding of their thermal deformation, clearance management, temperature management while running at different loads; 3.The material performance requirements (strength, thermal deformation characteristics, etc.) of each component of the dry pump structure, and the requirements of the heat treatment process; 4.Dry pump energy-saving design. |

| 応募資格 |
応募資格 1.1. ドライポンプ技術に関する5年以上の経験。 2.2. 工学士以上の学位（機械工学または真空工学が望ましい） 3.3. Solid Works、CATIAS、ANSYSなどのエンジニアリング製図ソフトウェアおよび解析ソフトウェアの使用に習熟していること。 4.4. 一般的に使用される鋳鉄、合金鋼、その他の金属材料の物理的特性および熱処理プロセスに精通していること。 歓迎スキル 1.中国語または英語でのテクニカルコミュニケーションスキル Job Requirements 1.5 years or above of experience in dry pump technology; 2.Bachelor's degree or above in engineering (mechanical/vacuum technology preferred); 3.Proficient in using engineering drawing software and analysis software such as Solid Works, CATIAS, ANSYS, etc; 4.Familiar with the physical properties and heat treatment processes of commonly used cast iron, alloy steel and other metal materials; 5.Chinese or English technical communication skills are preferred, but not necessary. |
