■Position Summary: This role is responsible for supporting all financial activities, leading closing and forecasting processes, simplification activities and pro-actively assists leadership team in achieving company’s goals. This roler’s major responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, monitoring and suggesting optimization of OPEX spending as well as capital expenditures, financial reporting to Headquarter and lead continuous improvement of financial planning and analytical processes aligning with Finance Director. ■Responsibilities & Duties: -Work closely with cross-functional Japan team to develop effective strategies and programs to meet functional, operational and financial target. -Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis and reporting to proactively provide Finance Director with information to aid decision making and cost management. -Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely submission of financial closing deliverables aligning with Finance Director -Forecasting activities include the identification of risks and opportunities, work with functional teams to ensure control over critical areas of PL, and capital expenditures. -Maintain database of key financial and drive operating metrics and performance measurements related to the functional organization. -Collaborate with external auditors/internal auditors when necessary to ensure financial reporting compliance. -Understanding of Japanese Commercial Law and IFRS, as well as budgeting and monthly adjustments. -Preparation of balance sheets and free cash flow statements. -Preparation of the templates for the forecast and budget. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - At least 5+ years of financial management experience in multi-national company- Knowledge of the luxury/fashion market with exposure in retail function - Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues with sense of urgency - Native Japanese and business level English proficiency - Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting (preferrable) - Strong proficiency with PC and business applications - Working knowledge of General Accounting principles - Must be eligible to work in Japan ■Desired Characteristics - Strong analytical skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills and capability to interface with other functions. - Operate effectively with minimal work direction. - Ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately. - Flexibility in the face of change. |
