This means that you will associate with global business partners every single day. -------------------- 【仕事内容 / Job Description】 1. 税務コンプライアンス 社内で作成されるすべての法人税申告書の責任・管理。 移転価格関連事項の管理および移転価格報告書のレビュー。 外部税務調査の指揮（税務当局への対応）。 2. 税務アドバイス 内部税務アドバイス（国内外）。 税務的観点からのビジネス・プロジェクトのリードまたはサポート。 3. 税務スタッフ3名のマネジメント。 1. Tax compliance: ① Responsibility for all corporate tax returns which are prepared in-house. ② Managing transfer pricing related matters and reviewing of transfer pricing reports. ③ Leading of external tax audits (responding to the tax authorities). 2. Tax advice: ① Internal tax advice (both domestic and international). ② Leading or supporting business projects from a tax perspective. 3. 【必須（MUST）】 税務に関する十分な専門知識と経験を有すること。Sufficient technical tax knowledge and experience in matters that are relevant for the position. 【歓迎（WANT）】 - 税理士資格があれば尚可。- 税務コンプライアンス業務に関連するITツールやシステムに精通していること。 - 全ての業務を注意深く、良心的、効果的、タイムリーに管理できる。 - コミュニケーション能力が高く、日本語・英語に堪能であること。 - オープンマインドな性格で、チームの模範となる方。 • Certified Japanese tax advisor (Zeirishi) is a plus. • Good knowledge in relevant IT tools and systems that are relevant for tax compliance work. • Managing all duties carefully, conscientious, effective and timely. • Good communication skills and fluent in Japanese/English language. • Open minded personality that provides a role model for the team. |
