We provide end-to-end financial and controlling support to procurement and operations, as well as full finance and controlling services for our production subsidiaries in Japan and Portugal. 【必須（MUST）】 ■ 応募資格- 財務、会計、経営学、または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方（修士号があれば尚可） - 製造業または自動車業界におけるファイナンス・コントローリング業務の実務経験（3〜5年程度） - 部門横断・文化横断的な環境での協働経験があり、間接的な影響力を発揮できる方 - 高度な分析力・課題解決力・コミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方 - 英語での業務遂行が可能な方（日本語力があれば尚可） ■ 語学 日本語：ビジネス 英語：ビジネス ■ Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) - 3–5 years of professional experience in finance and controlling, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive industry - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and cultures, and to influence without direct authority - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Fluency in English is required; Japanese language skills are strongly preferred ■ Language Level Japanese: Business English: Business |
