We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Accounting Department and will be responsible for the Accounting Department at the Banco do Brasil, Japan Branch. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Manage, analyze, and review all returns submitted to local regulators. ・Responsible for all accounting related tasks. ・Handle tasks related to local regulatory reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements. ・Develop and implement efficiencies in the regulatory return reporting process. ・Support the preparation of tax returns in collaboration with external tax accountants. ・Lead and manage the team’s workflow, ensuring that all reports and submissions meet internal standards. ・Liaise with internal and external auditors, as well as relevant regulatory authorities. ・Support business initiatives and provide regulatory compliance insights. 【Why Join Us?】 At Banco do Brasil, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages personal and professional growth. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・職務経験：6年以上 （銀行での経理経験必須）・キャリアレベル：中途経験者レベル ・英語レベル：ビジネス会話レベル (英語使用比率: 50％程度) ・日本語レベル：ネイティブ ・最終学歴：大学卒・ 学士号 ・現在のビザ：日本での就労許可が必要です 【Qualifications and Experience】 ・Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting manager in banking institution for both foreign/domestic bank. ・Strong knowledge of Japan GAAP and IFRS accounting treatments, with a focus on financial products. ・Previous experience handling regulatory requests and working with accounting auditors. ・Proficiency in IT systems, including accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. ・A team player and good capability of people management for all member of the team, and capable of working independently when required. ・Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. ・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English. ・CPA, tax accountant, or Nissho Bookkeeping Level 1 or 2 certification is preferred. |
