As a Technical Account Manager you encompass the core competencies of a successful account manager. You have experience in interacting with clients and addressing their needs. Technical Account Managers are trusted to manage some our higher profile clients, including world renowned brands.
Your client base will require weekly calls and possibly IM support, you will be challenged on the speed and accuracy of your responses. You will be handling the completion of multiple tasks while remaining organized and staying on top of your clients’ needs.

【必須（MUST）】you must have a good understanding of how to deal with clients quickly and effectively, preferably in either a mobile or SaaS environment. A background in ad－operations is a plus but not mandatory. You know how to set and manage client expectations, especially when dealing with more advanced client inquiries. You have experience working in a team and contributing positively to your team while mentoring newer team members. You are capable of harvesting and sharing knowledge, have great written communication skills and have mastered email communication.
Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English skills will be required in this role.
