As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at our company, your mission will be to establish and enforce best-in-class security practices across our entire ecosystem. You will play a critical role in strengthening our overall security posture, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring our security frameworks align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・3+ years of experience in cloud security, with a strong focus on AWS.・Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior engineers. ・A firm grasp on both English and Japanese (Business level or higher). ・A proven track recording working with identity and access management (IAM), network security, and cloud compliance. ・Experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents in cloud environments. ・Well-versed in application security, including activities such as white box testing/source code review. ・クラウドセキュリティにおける3年以上の経験（AWSだと尚可） ・優れたコミュニケーションおよびリーダーシップスキル、ジュニアメンバーの育成経験 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力（日本語はN2以上目安） ・アイデンティティ及びアクセス管理（IAM）、ネットワークセキュリティ、クラウドコンプライアンスの経験 ・クラウド環境におけるセキュリティインシデントの監視および対応の経験 ・アプリケーションセキュリティの知識・経験（ホワイトボックステスティング／ソースコードレビューなどの活動等） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Security certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, etc.・Previous experience working in a company with a focus on AI-powered product. ・Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and cloud-native security solutions. ・A deep understanding of Kubernetes security best practices. ・Hands-on experience with security automation and Infrastructure as Code. ・AWS Certified Security - Specialty、CISSP、CEH、OSCPなどのセキュリティ関連の資格 ・AIプロダクトに注力している企業での勤務経験 ・ゼロトラストアーキテクチャやクラウドネイティブなセキュリティソリューションに関する知識 ・Kubernetesのセキュリティベストプラクティスに関する深い理解 ・セキュリティ自動化およびInfrastructure as Codeの実務経験 【求める人物像】 ・Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. ・A desire to move into leadership, willing to coordinate a team. ・Passionate about security and continuous self-improvement. ・Excellent communicator, able to work effectively across diverse teams. ・Adaptable to new challenges in a rapidly evolving technical landscape. ・積極的でソリューション志向、かつ強い当事者意識を持っている方 ・リーダーシップポジションへの意欲があり、チームをまとめる意志のある方 ・セキュリティに情熱を持ち、継続的な自己啓発に取り組める方 ・優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、多様なチームと効果的に協働できる方 ・急速に進化する技術環境において、新しい課題に柔軟に対応できる方 |
