【募集するポジション】 非管理職：Senior Associate 1) Job/Group Overview: Nomura is a global financial services group with an integrated global network spanning over 30 countries. Tokyo Wholesale Operations Technology group is part of global team that provides technology solutions to middle and back-office processing of securites and derivatives products for the firm. Its functional domain includes trade processing, settlement and payments, regulatory reporting and external connectivity to Swift and other market infrastructure. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join us as a full-stack engineer, who can work closely with our business users in Japan to support their business process transformation by designing and implementing Technology solution through agile development. 2) Responsibilities: ・Build and maintain close relationship with business users to understand their requirement. ・Propose, design and implement Technology solutions to drive business process transformation for Securities middle- and back-office function. ・Maintenance and enhancement of existing applications and toolsets for above function, including re-engineering of those applications for continuous improvement. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience working in IT industry.・Strong hands-on coding skills in Java/Spring framework and Python. ・Proficient in writing unit and integration tests. ・Familiar with CI/CD practices and tools, contributing to streamlined development processes. ・Strong communication skill to work effectively with IT and non-IT stakeholders. ・Strong analytical skill to analyze complex problems and articulate solution. ・Self-starter with passion for improvement/innovation and willingness to learn and implement new technologies. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Business Level Japanese・Business knowledge of middle/back office or derivatives products. ・Knowledge and experience working with Docker,Kubernetes. ・Knowledge and experience designing Microservices, Restful APIs |
