仕事内容 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leader to drive the growth and success of our organization. The Commercial Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. This individual will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, manage key customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to expand the company's market presence.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with Business Unit cross-functional teams, including product development, quality, operations, business development, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of business goals.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management of Business Unit.
労働条件 【契約期間】期間の定めなし 
【就業場所】麻布台ヒルズ オフィス
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間: 原則として12:00~13:00
【休暇】初年度最大20日間の有給休暇あり(入社月によって変動あり)、Care Leave(年間10日間付与)、Sick Leave(最大30日間)ほか
【給与】基本給+インセンティブ(変動賞与) 年1回(3月支給)*ただし、会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動して支給されます(年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり)


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Successful partner management experience in Japan or international market.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Practical knowledge of Healthcare/ medical devices industry and job experience in multinational companies .
- Fluent English and Japanese
