【募集要項】 製品企画担当として、空飛ぶクルマ（eVTOL）の製品開発と市場投入に向けた戦略を立案し、製品のライフサイクル全体を通じた計画を推進していただきます。 ・市場調査および顧客ニーズの分析を通じて、製品のコンセプトと仕様を策定 ・製品開発プロセスの管理および各部門（エンジニアリング、デザイン、マーケティング、販売等）との連携 ・製品ロードマップの作成および実行 ・競合製品の分析および差別化戦略の立案 ・製品のコスト分析および価格戦略の策定 ・製品テストおよびフィードバックの収集、分析 ・製品発売後の市場モニタリングおよび改善提案の実施 【魅力ポイント】 弊社が開発している機体は、世界的に見ても稀有で、世界に前例のないものであり、機体を運用する顧客も航空機運用ノウハウのあまりない会社となる可能性が非常に高い状況です。 当社、そしてあなたの製品企画そのものが、グローバルでの「空飛ぶクルマ」のスタンダードとなり、歴史に名が残る可能性のある非常にやりがいのあるミッションのもとで、業務いただくことが可能です。 また、製品企画組織自体が立上げフェーズとなるため、裁量を持ち幅広い業務に携わって頂くことが可能です。 【当社について】 当社は航空機・ドローン・自動車のエンジニアが集う有志団体メンバーを中心に発足した「空飛ぶクルマ」の開発・製造・販売を行うスタートアップ企業です。 空飛ぶクルマと産業用ドローンの開発・製造・販売、運航／運用サービスお及びコンサルティングを行っております。 自動車産業や飛行機産業が勃興して以来、およそ100年ぶりに、新しい移動手段である空飛ぶクルマ「エアモビリティ」が生まれようとしております。 大型資金調達を行い、累積調達額は51億円に達しました。空飛ぶクルマの2025年の実用化と、すでに販売中の貨物用ドローンの山間部での運用と2022年以降の都市部での活用を目指し、技術開発と事業開発を加速させております。 【当社の強み】 ・2019年12月に日本でいち早く「空飛ぶクルマ」の有人飛行試験を開始した当社。 ・2020年8月、有人飛行試験を安全に最大限の注意を払い遂行し、公開飛行試験が成功。 ・2025年の販売開始に繋げ、2026年の有人機量産化を目指し「誰もが自由に空を飛べる時代」を創造したいと思っております。 現在、開発から飛行試験まで進み、実用化へと、少しずつ取り組んでおります。 【Outline of the Job】 As a Product Planning Specialist, you will develop strategies for product development and market launch of flying vehicles (eVTOL) and drive the plan through the entire product life cycle ・Develop product concepts and specifications through market research and analysis of customer needs. ・Manage the product development process and liaise with various departments (engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc.) ・Create and execute product roadmaps ・Analyze competitive products and develop differentiation strategies ・Analyze product costs and develop pricing strategies ・Product testing and feedback collection and analysis ・Conduct post-launch market monitoring and make recommendations for improvement 【Appeal Points】 The vehicle we are developing is rare and unprecedented in the world, and the customers who will operate the aircraft are very likely to be companies with little expertise in aircraft operation. In addition, since the product planning organization itself is in the start-up phase, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of tasks with a lot of discretion. 【Essential Skills】 Business level English and experience in one of the following ・Business planning experience (3+ years) in the airline industry (including airline operators) ・Product planning experience in the aviation industry (3+ years) 【Desirable Skills】 ・Product planning experience in eVTOL or aircraft ・MBA or equivalent business qualification ・Product development experience in global markets ・Experience in new business planning in a management consulting firm 【Target Candidate】 ・Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative. ・Team player and effective communicator ・A strong curiosity to acquire necessary knowledge on one's own initiative ・The ability to work with others in a team and communicate effectively |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ビジネスレベルの英語力を持ち合わせており、且つ以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方・航空業界（運航会社を含む）における事業企画のご経験（3年以上） ・モビリティ業界における製品企画のご経験（3年以上） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・eVTOLや航空機における製品企画のご経験・MBAまたは同等のビジネス関連の資格 ・グローバル市場での製品展開経験 ・経営コンサルティング企業での新規事業企画のご経験 【求める人物像】 ・分析的思考および問題解決能力が高く、自発的に行動できる方 ・チームで協力し、効果的なコミュニケーションが取れる方 ・必要な知識を自発的に習得する為の旺盛な好奇心をお持ちの方 ・難易度の高い課題を解決に導く粘りをお持ちの方 |
