【業務概要】 ・アイアンバード試験装置で、実際の飛行条件を模擬した構造試験実施を主導する。 ・試験計画を立て、設計仕様との整合性を確認するため、異なる部門のチームと協力する。 ・実際の飛行条件を再現できる構造部品の試験治具を設計 / 開発する。 ・構造試験データを収集 / 分析するデータ収集システムの導入と管理を行う。 ・構造設計エンジニアと協力し、設計意図を理解し、設計最適化に向けて意見を交換する。 ・試験手順、結果、および想定結果からの逸脱について詳細な文書を作成する。 【Job Description】 ・Lead and execute structural testing activities on the iron bird test rig, simulating realistic flight conditions. ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and ensure alignment with design specifications. ・Design and develop test fixtures for structural components to replicate real-world conditions. ・Implement and oversee data acquisition systems to collect and analyse structural test data. ・Collaborate with structural design engineers to understand design intent and provide feedback for optimization. ・Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and any deviations from expected outcomes. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・日本語と英語が堪能な方。・構造試験、特に航空機システムのアイアンバード試験の実績をお持ちの方。 ・データ収集システムおよび解析ツールの使用経験がある方。 ・優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、チームワークを大切にできる方。 ・日本の運転免許証をお持ちの方。 ・JLPT: Biligual/Native ・Proven experience in structural testing, particularly with iron bird testing for aircraft systems. ・Experience with data acquisition systems and analysis tools. ・Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. ・Driver's License (Japan) 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・構造試験、特に航空機システムのアイアンバード試験を経験した方。・eVTOLまたは回転翼機の構造試験を経験した方。 ・電気推進システムに精通した方。 ・関連する認証プロセスや規格に精通した方。 ・Proven experience in structural testing, particularly with iron bird testing for aircraft systems. ・Experience with eVTOL or rotorcraft structural testing. ・Familiarity with electric propulsion systems. ・Knowledge of relevant certification processes and standards. |
