【募集要項】 当社の次世代空飛ぶクルマ（eVTOL）プロジェクトにおける、アビオニクス搭載設計エンジニアを募集しております。 3D CADツールを用いて、未来の航空機に必要なアビオニクスシステムの設計、配置、そして統合を担当いただきます。ピトー管の配管設計、機体へのアビオニクス機器のコンパクトな搭載、および全体的なシステムの機能確認と最適化がミッションとなるポジションです。 【業務内容】 ・アビオニクス機器を3D CADを用いて効果的に配置し、最適な統合を実現する ・製造活動のサポートを行い、正しく機器が搭載されていることを確認する ・フライトテストプログラムに参加し、設計の適合性を確認するための改善点を特定し対応する (変更の範囲) 全ての業務への配置転換あり 【魅力ポイント】 「空飛ぶクルマ」の開発に参加することで、航空機設計の最前線に立つチャンスを得られます。パイロットを支援する革新的なコクピット機器の開発に携わることは、非常に重要かつ挑戦的なミッションです。私たちと一緒に「歴史に残る製品」を創り上げましょう。 【About this role】 We are looking for an Avionics Installation Design Engineer for our next generation of flying vehicles (eVTOL) project. You will be responsible for the design, placement and integration of the avionics systems required for the future aircraft, using 3D CAD tools. Your mission will be pipework designing of pitot tubes, compact installation of avionics equipment in the airframe, also checking and optimising the overall system functionality. 【Key responsibilities】 ・Effectively place the avionics equipment using 3D CAD to ensure optimum integration. ・Support manufacturing activities and ensure correct installation of equipment. ・Participate in flight test programmes to identify and address potential improvements to check design conformity. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・3D CADを用いたアビオニクス搭載設計に関するご経験がある方。・アビオニクス機器に関する基本的な知識をお持ちの方。 ・日常会話レベルの英語力をお持ちの方。 ・Experience in avionics equipment design using 3D CAD. ・Basic knowledge of avionics equipment. ・Daily conversational level of English. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・アビオニクス他、航空機の構造設計のご経験がある方。・自動車等での搭載設計のご経験がある方。 ・Experience in structural design of avionics and other aircraft. ・Experience in automotive and other on-board design. 【求める人物像】 ・様々な関係者と積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる方。 ・自発的に行動でき、潜在的課題を引き出すヒアリング力をお持ちの方。 ・折衝力と推進力があり、チーム内外でのコラボレーションをリードできる方。 【Person we are looking for】 ・Able to communicate proactively with various stakeholders. ・Able to take initiative with good listening skills to identify potential issues. ・Negotiation and driving skills to lead collaboration within and outside the team. |
