Position: Head of Dental Products Division Country Sales Leader Job Description: As the Head of the Dental Products Division （Country Sales Leader）, you will be engaged in sales activities for dental products. Seeking an individual who can lead the business as a leader in the Japanese market, while embracing change and diversity with a global and local perspective in a transforming business environment, and who can take on new challenges. Responsibilities: ● Develop sales strategies and execution plans based on annual marketing strategies to achieve the annual budget, and lead the entire sales team to implement these plans and achieve the budget. ● Utilize the strengths of the company's wide range of products to plan and execute sales expansion activities in the Japanese market, which leads the world in dental products. ● Identify and propose opportunities to lead the company's dental products business not only in Japan but also globally. ● Build and maintain relationships with customers, communicate with internal departments to execute projects, and interact with the US headquarters and Asian offices to carry out tasks. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Required Qualifications:● Experience in a managerial position in sales or marketing in business, or equivalent experience. ● Work experience in the dental products industry or medical device industry. ● Experience in people management. ● Bachelor's degree or higher （any major）. ● Business－level Japanese proficiency and Business－level English proficiency （equivalent to TOEIC 730 points）. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferred Qualifications:● Experience in market development and marketing. ● Business experience in a global company. |
