(English follows Japanese) 【チームのミッション/責任】 「自動車をデジタルガジェットにする」をキーワードに、Mobility Tech Companyとして過去にない体験をユーザに提供するインタラクションデザインをビジュアルデザインチーム/企画チームおよび社外パートナーと共に設計。 【職務内容】 車載アプリケーションソフトにおけるインタラクションデザインの設計 開発ツール ・デザインツール：Figma ・開発手法：Waterfall、Agile（Scrum, Kanban） ・コミュニケーションツール：Teams (or Slack） ・プロジェクト管理ツール：JIRA、Confluence 等 【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】 ・ゼロベースで新しいユーザ体験を作り出す ・創業期だからこそできる、フラットかつコンパクトな組織でのダイナミックでスピード感ある開発 【Team’s Mission / Responsibilities】 In collaboration with the visual design team, planning team, and external partners, we are shaping the future of mobility by designing groundbreaking interaction design with the motive of "turning cars into digital gadgets." 【Job description】 Key Responsibilities: Design of Interaction Design for In-Vehicle Application Software Tools and Methodologies: ・Design Tools: Figma ・Development Methodologies: Adapt to both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban ・Communication Tools: Teams (or Slack). ・Project Management Tools: JIRA and Confluence 【Experience and skills gained through this role】 ・Embrace the opportunity to craft groundbreaking user experiences from scratch, shaping the future of technology. ・Experience the Thrill of Dynamic and Agile Development in a Flat and Compact Startup Environment |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・量産製品におけるインタラクションデザイン担当経験・モビリティ業界の経験は不問だが、自動車を日常使いしていることが望ましい。 ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力 ・TOEIC700点以上 （または現在TOEIC600点以上だが入社後にTOEIC700点以上のスコアに挑戦できる方） ・Proven experience in interaction design for mass-produced products. ・Experience in the mobility industry is not required, but familiarity with everyday car usage is preferred. ・Proficient English communication skills. ・TOEIC 700 or higher (or those who currently have a TOEIC score of 600 or higher but can challenge for a TOEIC score of 700 or higher after joining the company) 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・グローバルセットアッププロジェクト参画経験・TOEIC800点以上 ・Experience in global setup projects. ・TOEIC 800 or higher |
