【チームのミッション/責任】
Software Defined Vehicleに相応しいE&Eアーキテクチャの企画・開発。
大量のセンシングデバイスからの入力・クラウドへの接続を前提とした大規模なソフトウェアを統合的に稼働させ、また車両販売後もOTAによるソフトウェアメンテナンス・アップデートを行って継続的に価値を高めていくための、ハードウェアからサービスまで調和の取れた開発・設計。

【職務内容】
車載エンタテインメント・インフォメーションシステムにおけるアプリケーションソフトのアーキテクチャ設計および実装リード。
・Android Automotiveを活用した、Androidアプリケーション開発。
・関係部署との仕様整合
・海外パートナーとの共同開発

【開発ツール】
・構成管理ツール：Git（Gerrit）/SVN
・開発言語：Java、C/C++、JavaScript、Python、Perl
・インフラ：Amazon Web Service、Azure、On-Premises
・開発手法：Waterfall、Agile（Scrum, Kanban）
・コミュニケーションツール：Teams (or Slack）
・プロジェクト管理ツール：JIRA、Confluence 等
・データ分析ツール：Qlik 等

【この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル】
・グローバルのエンジニアが参加する開発プロジェクトへの参画
・多種多様な背景を持つSWエンジニアとの共同開発(SoCベンダー、ゲーム会社、自動車業界など）
・過去機種からの差分設計ではない、ZEROから新しい商品を考え、自分が書いたソースコードが初号機商品に搭載される経験

【Team’s Mission / Responsibilities】
Designing and Developing E&E Architecture for Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs)
Envisioning and implementing a harmonized hardware-to-service development and design approach for SDVs, encompassing large-scale software integration that handles input from numerous sensing devices and cloud connectivity. This approach will ensure continuous value enhancement through OTA software maintenance and updates even after vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Application Software Architecture Design and Implementation for In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) Systems
・Android Automotive-Powered Android Application Development
・Specification Alignment with Stakeholders
・Collaborative Development with Overseas Partners

Tools and Methodologies:
Configuration management tools: Git (Gerrit) and SVN
Development Languages: Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Python, and Perl
Infrastructure Platforms: Amazon Web Service, Azure, and On-Premises
Development Methodologies: Adaptability to both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Communication and Project Management Tools: Teams (or Slack), JIRA and Confluence
Data Analysis tool: Qlik

・Engage in global development projects with engineers worldwide.
・Collaborate with a diverse team of software engineers from various backgrounds, including SoC vendors, game companies, and the automotive industry.
・Pioneer the development of entirely new products from scratch, not just incremental changes to existing models.
・Experience the thrill of seeing your own source code implemented in the very first product of its kind.

応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

・モビリティ業界の経験は不問
・POSIX互換(Linux, QNX etc)OSにおけるソフトウェア開発経験
・大規模ソフトウェア開発経験
・Android含むアプリケーションフレームワーク開発およびアプリケーション開発経験
・英語でのコミュニケーション能力

・Experience in the mobility industry is not required
・Software development experience on POSIX-compliant (Linux, QNX, etc.) operating systems.
・Extensive experience in large-scale software development.
・Experience in developing application frameworks, including Android, and application development.
・Proficient English communication skills.

・TOEIC700点以上 （または現在TOEIC600点以上だが入社後にTOEIC700点以上のスコアに挑戦できる方）
・TOEIC 700 or higher (or those who currently have a TOEIC score of 600 or higher but can challenge for a TOEIC score of 700 or higher after joining the company)
